 Mark will manage and develop the automotive and industrial teams in a defined territory for this quality manufacturer. He is targeted to grow the market 10 percent/year, with focus on both capital equipment and after-market penetration. He will also secure important corporate relationships. His comments:

     "This is a great opportunity to utilize my experience to help develop and grow a small company that has been stuck at current level sales for the past 3 to 4 years."

 Mark was highly complimentary about ITS:

     "The most helpful items of the campaign, if I had to choose some, were the resume writing, the direct mail program, the on-line access to recruiters, job banks, etc., the compensation negotiating techniques, and last but not least, having my own personal consultant available as a sounding board."
